ESTABLISHMENT OF BRANCH OFFICE INTERNATIONALLY IN MIDDLE EAST

SD Associates DMCC is incorporated on 26 May 2021 as P Project and Construction Management Services Consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) mainly focus on international business.

FIRST ONE SMART TRAIN IN MALAYSIA

The elevated double track electric train project coverage length is approximately 170 km from Melaka to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia, which comprises 27 Elevated Stations along suburban/rural areas. The project offers Express or Transit from Melaka to KLIA 1 and 2 at a train speed of approximately 160/200 km per hour. 

RAHMAN PERDANA METROPLEX

This is an urban mixed commercial development that comprises high-end shopping unit grouping, fully managed residential, and business clubbing facilities with a helicopter landing pad and a dedicated food services facilities in Section 11 of the town of Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Project Value worth approximately 160million MYR.

ESTABLISHMENT OF BRANCH OFFICE IN INTERNATIONAL OFFSHORE FINANCIAL CENTRE

SD Associated International Ltd is incorporated on 02 June 2020 as Project and Construction Management Services Consultant in Labuan.
 

CONTINGENT DEPLOYED IN CENTRAL ASIA FOR TURNKEY PROJECT

90TPD Chlor-Alkali Plant and a 26mw/h Steam Turbine Independent Power Plant in Uzbekistan. 50 acres of the development comprise a 90 TPD skid mount chlorine processing plant, a steam turbine independent power plant, and a railway system located at the Hazarasp Free Economic Zone in the Khorezm Region of Uzbekistan. The processing plant will adopt the same technology as implemented at the 45 TPD Chlor-alkali plant in Tanzania. A full-scale water treatment plant will be built for the development to provide better water quality for the processing plant. Additionally, a wastewater treatment plant is being designed to reduce organic and suspended solid loads to limit pollution to the immediate environment. Project Value worth approximately 250million USD.

MALAYSIA FIRST MRO and IRM (ECOSYSTEM)

Pengerang Eco Industrial Park (PeIP). The project aims to create Malaysia’s 1st maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), and inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) Global Centre of Excellence for the downstream oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. PEIP is a self-contained total ecosystem of supporting facilities, products, and services for the repair and maintenance of plants, machinery, equipment, and structures. The PeIP also contains a technical and vocational education and training campus and logistics hub.

Pengerang International Commercial Center (PICC). The PICC mixed development comprises facilities and amenities for local and global operators to support the Pengerang Eco-Industrial Park (PeIP) including offices, service and residential apartments, as well as retail facilities. 

Project value worth approximately 2.1billion MYR.

CONTINGENT DEPLOYED IN EAST AFRICA

45TPD Chlorine Skid Mounted Chlor-Alkali Manufacturing Plant at Mlandizi, Coastal Region in Tanzania. This Project is to cater for the increased demand of the product in the water utilities and other growing industries in Tanzania and in East African Region as well as to Island of the Indian Ocean. The plant will increase availability of liquid chlorine to service the water utility and infrastructure and industries in the East Africa as well as Indian Ocean Islands. Project Value worth approximately 100million USD.

WHERE WE BEGIN?

Bintulu Integrated Energy Hub (BIEH). The First Service Centre in Bintulu, SarawakA 30-acre development in Tanjung Kidurong which will house the MRO and IRM Centre of Excellence in Sarawak. BIEH is targeted to become a central facility that will provide a multitude of MRO, EPCC and relevant scopes of work.

The centres will host MRO workshops, blasting, coating and galvanisation areas and plants, fabrication and laydown areas, warehouses, and storage facilities, and other facilities such as office buildings, car parks, power substation, a wastewater treatment facility and training centres. Project Value worth approximately 250million MYR.
Completion in year 2022.
